I think this is the appropriate place for this topic. The admins read this board pretty regularly. Why bother them with a personal email.
After all, what are the suggestion topics for?

Anyway, there is a pretty neat quiz on there on doing research on the internet that I really enjoyed doing.

Challenge anyone who wants to get rid of the quiz system to take that one first.

agree,

I agree that it does need to get cleaned up. I have seen plenty of quizs with only one question and they seem to have the same title.

Example:

name: best quiz ever, questions: one
name: the best quiz ever, questions one.

That does get kind of annoying. I also know that there are several different Harry Potter quizes but certian things in those quiz questions do need to get cleaned up such as the spelling. For having over 350 quizes how many of them are actually taken and if they are taken how do we know that they are.

hmm

I agree with those that say something should be done with the quizzes. If noone uses them anyway, maybe it could be replaced with another game or something else. But if we're going to leep it, maybe there should be a way to make the scoring better, don't know how to explain that at the moment, but yeah. I guess because I mean after someone takes a quiz, it's just like you just took it and that's it. you get the 5 points, but there should maybe be a way for the quiz-maker to allow a person to get a certain number of points based on correct answers on the quizzes instead of just giving 5 points reguardless of anything.

yes that's a good idea, princess.
do you mean this?
for exam if you god 5 correct, and the score is 5, you get the 10?

Well, like right now, if you take a quiz, you get 5 points, whether or not you answer all the questions on a quiz, and whehter or not you get them right. But I was thinking that we should only get points for answering the questions, and if possible, the quiz-maker can double points for getting them right if it is the kind of quiz with right and wrong answers. For example, quiz questions can be 3 points for each question. So if there is a quiz with 5 questions and you only answered 3 questions and skipped the other 2, you would get 9 points instead of 5 just for taking the quiz, but of course you could get up to 15 points on that 5-question quiz. But say if that quiz was one that tested on how much you know about a certain thing. If you took that kind of quiz, you could get double the points for each question for answering them right. Like if you answered all the questions but got 2 of the answers correct, you would get 21 points since the 3 points on the correct answers would double. In addition to all this (not sure if they already have this), but there can be an explanation at the end of each quiz as to how the person scored on it: if you got all 5 answers correct this is what you are or you are this, if you got 4, 3, or 2 correct, and so on, just like they do for most quizzes.
